I'm a licensed counselor providing compassionate, ethical, and effective psychotherapy services to women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or who have difficulties with low self esteem and confidence. I work with women who are going through life transitions, whether these are positive or negative. Even positive life transitions can put us under significant stress.
