St. Francis Community Centre

The origins of the St Francis Community Centre go back to 1936 when a daughter church to St Mary's Parish church was established on this site. This church served the Tudor Road community until it's closure in the early 1990's.

In 2000 the new centre was opened with the vision of being a focus for loving service, community action and Christian witness in the northern part of Hinckley.

The centre is used in many different ways:
•Centre run groups such as a seniors lunch club, Community cafe, Craft group and groups for carers and pre school children
•Guiding and scouting groups
•User groups such as 'Coping with cancer', 'Breatheasy', 'TKT Cheerleading', lifestyle and fitness groups, music groups.
•Social, community and fund raising events
•Party Hire
•Training and conferences

We believe we are a modern, fit for purpose, flexible community centre enhancing the life of North Hinckley and beyond.

St Francis Community Centre has a hall, kitchen and three large side rooms available for hire.

The rates charged are:

Hall: £25 per hour

Management Room: £18 per hour

Other Side Rooms: £15 per hour


Non profit making community groups and charities

Hall: £15 per hour

Management Room: £12 per hour

Other Side Rooms: £10 per hour

(Parties and one off hires will also incur a £5 booking fee)
