St. Anne’s Retirement Community is not only a Continuing Care Retirement Community, but also a Catholic-Centered Retirement Community honoring all faiths. St. Anne’s Retirement Community provides skilled care, personal care, memory support, rehabilitation and therapy services including physical, speech and occupational therapies, and overall continuing care and residency on a beautiful campus.

St. Anne’s is located in the scenic countryside of West Hempfield Township, just west of Lancaster. Our campus is beautifully decorated and maintained, providing a comfortable and home-like atmosphere. We strive to provide Residents with a variety of exciting opportunities for health, wellness, spirituality and personal engagement.
