Welcome to Spirit Body and Mind, created to provide support for every-day living, in relation to health, wellbeing and guidance, through Reiki, Meditation and Card Readings.
I am based in Corby and practice in the Northamptonshire area.
My Aims
• To provide Reiki for supporting inner peace, relaxation and self-healing
• To provide card readings for supporting self-empowerment and personal guidance
• To use meditation practices within other therapeutic practices as a support for overall well-being and relaxation
