Sound Building Inspections offer a thorough Building and Pest Inspection service to South East Queensland. Each team consists of a Builder and Pest Inspector using our thermal imaging camera as part of our standard Inspection service. Our easy to read Digital Reports are returned to you within four hours of the Inspection and include both Inspectors contact details. We welcome you to attend the Inspection and get a detail breakdown of your property before receiving the reports. We are completely licensed, insured and certified to carry out pre purchase building and pest inspections. We will do the running around for you contacting the Real Estate Agent to arrange access on your behalf, ensuring everything will run smoothly on the day of your inspection.
