Introduction
Soulfit is a beautiful, welcoming space in the small Sussex town of Lewes. Our main Studio offers a broad range of Yoga from Vinyasa Flow through to Restorative Yin, taught by a combination of the most talented local teachers and guest facilitators with specialist expertise. Alongside Yoga we have a Personal Training Studio and Treatment room offering complementary services such as Massage and Physio.
