At no point during the consultation with Tony did we feel under any pressure to agree to purchase the panels. The engineer and installation team were polite and courteous. They kept us informed as to what was happening as each stage of the installation. We would recommend anyone thinking of having solar panel to contact you

I was a bit concerned and almost cancelled my installation order with Solartech NE after reading the other reviews (I read the reviews just after signing for a 4kw installation...but I decided to stay with them and that was 14 months ago now...They installed within a day ..did a nice job..good team. ..no mess ..and the system has been working perfectly for the last 14 months. I did have to do a little bit of my own messing around sorting things out with my energy company. So I only gave four stars.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. They apparently target old people and persuade them to instal panels with a promise of making extra money. Their unscrupulous salesman had my 87 year old father immediately sign a disclaimer waiving his 'cooling off' period rights and when asked to apply their 'goodwill ' and cancel the transaction they refused. My father is out 8000 pounds he can ill afford and we have yet to see how the rest of the story ends up. Please do not encourage their unethical behaviour by supporting their business.

I was happy with the price and the installation but very poor aftercare. The salesman told me there was a 20 year guarantee on everything I later found out this 20 year promise is not correct. Seven months later I still have not go a satisfactory guarantee promise from Solartech NE. A word of warning do not pay the full amount until you have read and agreed with there final handover pack. Make sure your guarantees are correct as stated. I will not use them again.

Do not touch with a barge pole. These people are telephone spammers and will call you daily from many different numbers making it difficult to block. They have been reported to the telephone preference service.
