Smokenders is a 7 Week Online Program that will enable users to give up their smoking habit & addiction. Learn to quit while you smoke. The course is taught in seven weekly sessions online through video and media. It is designed to help the smoker determine their specific smoking triggers and linkages and teaches them how to recognize these as well as reprogram themselves to deal with them after their Quit Date.
