located in the major touristic town of Sliema close to all amenities.

We are located within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from English Language Schools, University of Malta, Mater Dei Hospital and Gaming Betting Companies.

Our guests may make reservations on self-catering basis.

Our private rooms are located on floor 2 and 3 where we have 2 twin private bedrooms, a fully equipped modern shared kitchenette,a private and shard modern bathroom located
on floor 2 and a single private bedroom en suite with 3 private sun roof terraces
with a fully equipped private kitchen located on floor 3.

Accommodation is minutes away from Balluta bay, Sliema promenade, supermarkets, green grocer, ATM banks, post office, pharmacy, stationary shops, shopping complex, cinema, bowling, modern piazzas and gardens, large choice of cafes, restaurants, and clubs.

SUPERMARKETS, PHARMACIES AND SHOPS:
Grocery shop, butcher shop, vegetable shop, pizzeria take away shop, pharmacy, hair dresser just a few steps away in Mrabat Street from accommodation.
There are Small Shops which are open till 19.00pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
On Sunday and Public Holidays open on a roaster basis in the morning only.

SIGHTSEEING :
One can book all kinds of sight seeing trips and cruises to see our beautiful Island just from the Sliema Ferries. A crossing from Sliema to Valletta takes you only 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by water taxi.

WELL-CONNECTED PUBLIC BUS TRANSPORT:
The bus stop is just across the road from the lodging
giving you easy access to St Julians, Valletta and University of Malta. Buses also operate to different locations on a regularly basis from Sliema Ferries.
