Introduction
This is an excellent service for people who prefer to leave their cat/s in the comfort of their own home while they go away, as they may find catterys too unsettling & stressful for their cat/s.
We visit your house every day for 30 min (am & pm visits available if needed) to ensure that your cat is safe, happy, fed, healthy & cared for. On each home visit we clean cat bowls,replace food,empty litter trays & administer medication (if required). On the last visit we hoover and clean the cats living areas so you return to a "cat hair free" home.
We are happy to text you (free of charge) whilst you are away to reassure you that your cat and home are in safe hands.
In addition to looking after your cat(s)we are happy to move post, put out the bins, open & close curtains, switch lights on & off. We can also water indoor plants (if needed). If your booking is for 7 days or over we will also provide you with free bread & milk for your return home.
Should your cat(s) become ill during our visit we will call you & your emergency contact to seek authoriszation before taking your pet to your nominated vet. Walking-the-Dogs will then settle the bill and this will be payable to us on your return.
If you decide to use our services, an introductory meeting will be arranged to discuss your cat's routine, habits, temperament, exercise regime, medical history, training & behaviour which will be documented and form part of the booking form. Our company insurance documentation & relevant CRB certificates will be shown to you along with our Terms & Conditions.
