Site Surveys

We are 'Project Surveyors', meaning that we take a whole of Project approach to our work. We primarily work in the small development field catering to other building design professionals such as Architects Town Planners and Property Developers. We will be there at the beginning of your project with a 'site plan', during the course of it with 'set out' and 'as constructed' and there at the end expediting the creation of your titles. Being registered 'Cadastral' surveyors means that we deal with land, it's boundaries and locating buildings and other significant objects located on that land such as trees, water courses and services such as sewer pipes and power lines. That also means taking site levels, mapping contours and setting out new buildings as well as subdividing new and existing buildings via building format plans.
