Introduction
In my craniosacral practice I use a combination of modalities to help adults & children resolve the physical, emotional and spiritual blocks that prevent them from feeling fully alive and healthy. CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release are the foundation of my work, but my sessions also include Visceral Manipulation, energy work, grounding, guided imagery, and dialoguing with the body. I now offer holistic pelvic care.
