Introduction
Simpila Mental Health (simpila.com) is a Hampshire based Consulting and Training company focused on helping our clients to create happy and healthy workplaces. Our passion for helping others is formed through personal experience in the workplace, and spending time helping those who are struggling.
Founded in 2016 Simpila has provided training and consulting solutions to organisations across different industries, working independently with each client to ensure total tailoring of solutions and training to their requirements. Our core training solutions are accredited through Mental Health First Aid (England) and the Department of Health, alongside our own home built training solutions, including the recently delivered company-wide Employee Wellbeing sessions.
We work with our clients to determine the best approach to designing, developing and delivering a programme to fit their requirements. Our current clients include QinetiQ, Discovery Communications, APHA (Animal Plant Health Agency), Lenovo, Hachette, RM Education, SEI Investments, The Entertainment Department, DeepSilver plus many more.
Our organisation structure is complimented by partners who bring alternative perspectives and expertise across a range of specific elements of wellbeing. Our partnership approach enables us to scale our business in alignment to our client requirements, from SME businesses through to Large Global companies.
