Introduction
Shyam Metalics is a premier metal manufacturing company based in India focusing on long steel products and ferro alloys. We are amongst the largest producers of ferro alloys domestically and also the fourth largest player in the sponge iron industry in terms of annual installed capacity. Our manufacturing plants, one is located is Odisha and two in West Bengal, features an aggregate metal manufacturing capacity of 2.90 MTPA.
Our manufacturing plants mainly manufacture long steel products such as iron pellets, steel billets, sponge iron, TMT steel bars and structural products, and ferro alloys. Our TMT and structural products are sold under the brand “SELâ€. We also work on the conversion of hot rolled coils to pipes, chrome ore to ferro chrome and manganese ore to silico manganese for an Indian steel conglomerate. With all this, we are now looking forward to diversify our product base with the introduction of cement and ductile iron pipes.
