Shoebold provides a monthly membership program option that grants you access to style experts and the latest designer and shoe product trends. Take our Fashion Quiz to get started. Next, you must create a member account through this Site ("Account"). Once you have successfully created an Account, you will have the option to select your favorite item(s) from the 'My Boutique' section of your Account ("Boutique"). Registration is free and there is no obligation to purchase. Our style experts at Shoebold will continue to determine which products best match your style and personality. To purchase you have an option of registering for the 14 day trial program or paying $98.00. By registering for the trial membership you are also opting in to our monthly membership program. The monthly membership program is valid for 180 days after your initial order date. Once 180 days has past, your monthly membership will automatically cancel.

The Trial membership terms and conditions requires you to remember and understand certain important dates. Please review the following terms carefully regarding monthly charges, membership, and cancellation policy of the trial membership.
By placing your trial order today you will receive your selection for only $5.99 S&H. You may select expedited shipping and shipping insurance for additional charges listed on payment page. You then get to try the product for 14 days if for any reason this item is not for you or you simply don’t like it, call our Customer support toll-free at (855) 623-0564. or email help@shoebold.com within your 14-day trial period to cancel. If you are satisfied, do nothing and, per these terms, you agree to be charged $98.00. By agreeing to these terms you also agree to be enrolled in our Monthly Membership Program where 45 days from your initial order date and every 30 days thereafter you will receive a new product for the price of $98.00 (No Shipping Cost). Cancel your Membership at anytime by calling or emailing customer support. Your credit card will be billed as eshoehlp.com or Shoebold. This monthly membership is only valid for 180 days from your initial order date. After 180 days has past, your monthly membership will automatically end and you will no longer be billed or receiving products.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you are within trial period and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, then call Shoebold.com Customer Support toll-free at (855) 623-0564. within your 14-day trial period to cancel. If you are outside of trial period and wish to cancel future deliveries of Product, then You must call Our Customer Support Department toll-free at (855) 623-0564. and request to terminate such future shipments. You can also send an email requesting cancellation to help@shoebold.com. When emailing in, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the Product(s) that you ordered. Your request for cancellation, whether by email or phone, will be processed immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with the item you selected, you can exchange an item for another, subject to the following terms and limitations.You can exchange your monthly selection for another item, although no refunds will be given. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted 15 days from the original date of shipment. All item to be exchanged or returned must be in new, resaleable, unused condition. All exchanges or returns should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and/or packaging, plus any extras or accessories that may have been included with the shipment. Customer is required to pay for return shipping on all exchanged or returned items.

Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This allows us to process your return or exchange.
