Introduction
ShivaShaktiYoga offers 200 hour traditional yoga teacher training course and yoga instructor course in India. It is registered with Yoga Alliance UK at yoga school Goa - RYS 200 and Senior Yoga Teacher SYT. People all over the world are now realizing the many benefits of yoga and seek trained teachers who can guide them in learning this great knowledge. This has motivated many yoga lovers and enthusiasts to come to India, to take up teacher training courses. Our courses have been developed to go beyond passing mere instructions of yoga knowledge and aim to create teachers who can carry forward the torch of knowledge. The course includes an introduction to the various branches of Yoga, basic Ayurveda, meditation,Yoga therapy for any medical/health condition and much more.
Our yoga center is situated at cola beach in south of goa. This beach is the only beach where you have the back waters and the sea. With only 2 resorts this is still a unexplored by many tourists. Our yoga hall has a view of the sea which constantly gives positive energy to our practice. It is very important for yoga teacher training course to have the right kind of environment as the course is an intensive course. Proper discipline on yoga practice and diet need to be followed during teacher training course. This course demands full dedication from students as they are pursing it as a career in yoga teaching. The true value of the course is the achievement one is going to get at the end of the course.

The Theory:
» The history and the benefits of yoga.
» Yogic anatomy and physiology.
» Pancha kosha, prana, nadi, chakra, pancha mahabhutas.
» Yogic lifestyle according to Ayurveda and yogic texts.
» Patanjala yoga sutra, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Shiva samhita, Yoga Vasistha, Shrimad Bhagavad Gita and other yogic texts.
» Karmayoga, Bhaktiyoga, Jnana yoga and other aspects of yoga as well.
The Practice:
» The shatkarmas (The six cleansing or purification techniques). The detoxification methods.
» Asana, Pranayama, mudras, Bandhas, various concentration, relaxation, visualization and meditation techniques.
» Nadanusandhana, Nadbrahma sadhana, yoga nidra.
» Mantra, recitation and proper pronunciation of mantra and mantra meditation.
» hakra shuddhi (methods of energy centers purification and balancing them)
Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is classified in different categories:
» Veera Sadhana: Age group from 18 years to 35 years
» Shakti Sadhana: From age 30 years and on wards
» Sanjeevani Sadhana (therapeutic yoga): A solution to most of physical and mental disorders and disability such as blood pressure, depression, slipped disc, asthma, obesity, Cardiac and various stress related problems, menstruation disorders, lack of concentration, memory and sleep Etc.
» Atma Sadhana: Advance and intensive course for only the spiritual seekers or practitioners.
Booking amount due with the application is Euro 300 (Course fee is non transferable and non refundable. In case of any cancellation we can re schedule your admission to any TTC within 1 year of registration.) and remaining on the 1st day of the class.Course fee includes:

Swami Shiva Shankar
Founder
Durga prasad Upadhyaya (Spiritual Name: Shri Shiva Shankar) was born in a Hindu Brahmin family at Jagannathpuri (Orissa) on 15th December, 1974 and raised by his spiritual masters in the ancient legendary cave monasteries of the great yogis, where countless generations of yogis have been trained and initiated into deepest mysteries of the sacred science of Veda and Yoga. He is distinctly recognized in the field of Raja Yoga (Ashtanga, of 8 limbs), Mantra Yoga (of 16 limbs), Laya Yoga (of 9 limbs) and Hatha yoga (of 4 limbs).
