Introduction
Dr. Sherry Neyman seeks to provide the highest level of care through our skilled women’s health care professionals and state-of-the-art technologies. In addition to offering a full range of gynecologic services, Dr. Sherry Neyman is specially trained in in-office gynecologic procedures and minimally invasive surgeries. Dr. Neyman’s office is located in Austin, TX and she provides care to women throughout Central Texas.
Dr. Sherry Neyman has provided care for the women of Central Texas since 1996 when she joined Renaissance Women’s Group.
She focuses on convenient and compassionate well woman care by providing easy access to services such as mammograms, bone density screening for osteoporosis, urodynamic testing for incontinence and lab work available onsite during a single visit. Patients can get all their yearly screenings, including blood work, done at one time in one place.
Dr. Neyman customizes care as patients move through different phases in life. She enjoys working with her patients as they transition through the teen years, childbearing, middle age and beyond. Dr. Neyman transitioned her practice to focus on gynecology exclusively in 2013. One aspect of her practice that she particularly enjoys is providing preconception counseling and fertility testing. “Since I personally did fertility treatments, I understand how stressful this can be and love to help my patients with advice from someone who has ‘been there.’â€
Dr. Neyman is a strong advocate for utilizing cutting-edge technology when medically necessary. She uses daVinci robotically assisted, minimally invasive surgery for endometriosis, uterine fibroids and hysterectomies. “This allows me to perform complex surgeries with minimum discomfort and tiny scars to meet the needs of the active women who don’t have weeks to recover from treatment,†she explains. She is a founding member of the Texas Institute of Robotic Surgery and one of the few gynecologists in the Austin area certified to perform the daVinci single-incision hysterectomy
