Introduction
We offer 23 beautifully appointed rooms, most with stunning riverside views along the marsh banks of the River Wyre. For your modern convenience each room also boasts free wifi, tea & coffee making facilities and internet connected TV's for emailing, web-browsing, watching YouTube and catching up on FaceBook.
We take pride in our menu and the ingredients we use. Our chefs use only the finest local, fresh produce sourced from Lancashire and the surrounding area of Bowland and sometimes a little further afield. We aim to offer you traditional seasonal Lancashire dishes prepared with our own unique twist.
Our bread & meats come from the award winning Thompson's of Blackpool and Honeywell farm shop. Fish is hauled into Fleetwood fishing port by Neve’s of Fleetwood. Our desserts are mostly made in house by our experienced pastry chef and our delicious ice-creams come from Wallings of Cockerham. Our desserts are all made in house.
Our bar is stocked with famous beers & wines from around the world, and we regularly have guest ales served from the pump supplied by The Bowland Brewery. Their traditional brewing techniques using locally sourced hops, combined with natural Bowland spring water produce a variety of tasty local ales you will love to savour.
