Serenity counselling

Based on person centred principles you are at the heart of every session. You decide what you need to bring to each session and I help you find the answers you need. Drawing from a wealth of experience, I use other methods to help guide you forward. I have diplomas in both counselling and hypno-psychotherapy and I'm a registered member of the B AC P. The British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and CMA Complementary Medical Association.
I also studied young persons counselling and accept clients 16 plus. In today's world, children and young people struggle to find themselves on their own identity. I pride myself on being able to help them with this.
Due to my years of experience in the alcohol and drug field I have I have come across many issues and a wide diversity of people. I've helped people with stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self identity and much more, including self esteem and confidence building. Due to the nature of alcohol and drug abuse, I am not unfamiliar with trauma. I can help you look back at your past to solve what is wrong in the present. I can also offer journey, work and dream therapy where needed.
