Introduction
Senior Support Services provides Geriatric Care by providing consistent oversight and monitoring, continuity of care for seniors. We provide ongoing communication between the client, designated family members, medical personnel, service providers, and other professionals.​ We offer crisis intervention if needed, assistance with moving, plan, and attend personal celebrations as requested. We are advocates for the client and their family, providing: support, education, and the quality of care.
