Introduction
"Having built up a personal property portfolio of UK residential units, Mark has an appetite for more and is always looking for an opportunity to acquire residential property portfolios, wherever they may be and in any condition.
Clarity, confidentiality and discretion are always assured. A reputation as an ethical, discrete and measured investor with quiet negotiation skills and a passion for seeing a fair outcome which benefits both buyer and seller has ensured the trust of key players in the UK property arena.
Besides buying property portfolios in the traditional sense, Mark is personally experienced in applying innovative, tested but less common strategies, and this is where the conversation can become very interesting. The additional capital that can be released from a disposal by scheduling a purchase over a period of time is very attractive to many of those we buy from.
It really doesn’t matter if the portfolio is in negative equity, has been poorly managed over a period of years or needs updating. We can find a way and a solution that works for both sides.
Many of those landlords getting in touch recently are concerned about the impact of Section 24 on portfolio income. We have been asked to help by doctors, accountants, surgeons and architects, to name just a few. Our approach deals with that issue neatly and legally – and at no cost to you.
If you thought selling your portfolio was simply not an option, you may be pleasantly surprised when you get in touch. Mark is flexible but fair, experienced, but down to earth."
