We have a wide range of experience across the whole industry and aim to provide professional and practical project management services to clients, designers and contractors within the construction industry in London and the South East .
Self Build Point was established in 2009 by Yasin Yuksel (B.eng), a structural engineer. Yasin has worked on high-rise mixed-use residential, commercial fit-out and new development buildings projects since 2005. In addition, he completed high-spec residential and commercial refurbishment projects throughout London working with various architectural practices and developers. He has extensive high spec finishing and management experience. He has a thorough knowledge of health and safety at the site and possesses an SMSTS training certificate issued by CITB U.K.
