What products can you source?
I can source a wide range of products, I feel the best way forward is to send me a list of current consumables purchased regularly with quantity and prices and I will send you back a break down of my prices with an overall saving amount. This also saves you time contacting and ordering through multiple companies, which many do now. Cut the accountant some slack get it all in one invoice at whichever date you choose every month.
Where do the products come from?
My products come from all over the continent from well-established and well-known manufacturers, exporters and logistic companies.
What is the quality of the products?
All products sourced are brand new, unused and in original packaging. I buy from the best and therefore can assure all products are of the best quality just as when you purchase from manufactures direct. As that is what I do, go direct to manufacture.
Are expiry dates imminent?
All products will have a long expiry date, unless stated otherwise.
Can I open an account?
Yes you may, however the first order must be paid for on receipt. After this transaction I will allow a credit account of 30 days.
How long is delivery?
All orders are processed the same day and are sent securely by courier ensuring all items arrive safely and in a timely fashion. I aim to have your item delivered within 5 working days. I will send you tracking numbers from Royal Mail to keep you updated. I find Royal Mail are most courteous and careful with packages.
How are products stored?
All products are kept in a clean, dry and hygienic atmosphere away from direct sunlight. All products are sealed in their original packaging just as they are when sent by the manufacturer.
What is the return policy?
If you are unhappy with a product, please return to myself within 28 days of purchase in original packaging for a full refund. I would be grateful for some sort of communication notifying me of your intentions prior.

The way I like to work is for my clients to fill in one of my forms with your current consumable list, quantity and prices. I will then send you back a free no obligation quote broken down in the same format as the forms you would have sent me, so its easier to see a comparison and make a more informed decision.
