Fionnuala strives for perfection and her aim is perfect. I retract my previous review - it was uncalled for. Once she knew that something was amiss, she corrected it and she even included some extras.

She definitely goes the extra mile to satisfy even her persnickety customers, like me.

For any Overseas clients hoping they will deliver your sentiment - Choose someone else.
They seem to be of the opinion that they will NOT be caught out since you are so very far away.

Digital age people -- you will be found out. And at lightening speed. The response will be equally swift.

I ordered a Vintage Blooms arrangement - a soft colour palate of multiple tea roses, sweetheart roses, freesias, peony for €60.00 plus another €10.00 for delivery. The item description from their website is: Ultimate display of vintage roses combined with seasonal blooms in complimentary colours. Image displayed is of standard size option.

What was delivered appears to be 1/4 the size of what was advertised and a completely different colour palate, concept and sentiment. Red and white only - Two white tea roses, maybe 4 white sweetheart roses? Two red daisies, Thistle with red berries and something that looks like an anemone - Not what I was expecting at all.

Certainly not what I ordered and FAR from what I paid for.

A complete disgrace
