Introduction
Next to the famous St John’s Kirk the building dates back as far as the early 30′s of the last century.
Formally an Iron Monger then a material shop, It took a fantastic work, achieved by Orchid Architects, to make of Sante what it is today.
An ideal and relaxing venue for the Perth people to come and sample the best of Scottish products cooked in a Franco/Iberian fusion style cuisine. Such things as the Pata Negra Jabugo, locally sourced Langoustines or Fresh Foie gras seared with apple and Calvados are but a few examples of what you will find at Sante.
The wine list is the same as the menu; with an emphasis on France and the Iberian Peninsula, you can be sure to have a taste of the best wines available from these two very ancient wine making countries.
