We are situated in Noosaville, within walking distance of a shopping village and there are over 30 restaurants within a 1 kilometre. We are 300 metres from the Noosa River and the river esplanade which has about 20 barbeques which are free to the public. There are 5 boat hires within a kilometre and a designated swimming area is 300 metres away. Sandy Court has a small 6x3m swimming pool which is heated by a solar mat and is over 25C about 8 months of the year. There is a bus stop 300m away on Gympie Tce and pickup times in the day time are every 15mins. We are 3.5 kilometres from Noosa Main Beach and Hastings St.
