I am a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), and an EMDR therapist, located in Miami, Florida at Miami Counseling & Resource Center. I am passionate about bringing resilience, creativity, hope and joy into the therapeutic process. Â

I like to create a safe and encouraging therapeutic environment for my clients while we combine traditional verbal therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR with the expressive arts therapies of dance/movement, art, music, and writing to offer a unique and authentic approach to the journey of healing, growth, and discovery.
