SJ Beale HR Consult was established in 2003 by Sandra Beale and provides HR and employment law advice to SME businesses with staff issues.
We can help with issues such as TUPE, redundancy, dismissals, grievance, disciplinary, poor performance, sickness absence, employment contracts, employee handbooks, settlement agreements, HR policies, etc.
We operate an HR advice line, provide on site support for meetings, employment documentation and employment tribunal representation.

Marisa Colbourn
HR Consultant
Marisa is a proactive and business focussed HR Consultant with ten years HR management experience. Marisa has achieved a Masters in Human Resource Management (her specialism was HR management in small and medium enterprises). She is a CIPD branch comittee member.
Marisa has previously worked for large corporate companies including Accenture, BT via Accenture, Canada Life and MITIE as regional HR Specialist covering the South West and Northern Ireland, HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager. She specialises in HR project work, complex disciplinaries, grievances and poor performance. She also has experience of supporting redundancies, restructures, TUPE, recruitment, assessment centres, reward and policy development amongst other things and enjoys developing HR strategy and line manager training.

Sandra Beale
Managing Director
Sandra has over almost twenty years HR management experience and has worked in a range of industries providing HR strategic solutions as well as operational HR support in HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner roles. She is FCIPD qualified. Sandra specialises in employee relations - change management, sickness absence, TUPE, redundancy, investigations, disciplinaries, employment tribunals as well as employee reward - job evaluation, pay and benefit reviews, total reward solutions, pension auto enrolment. Sandra currently is a member of the CIPD HR mentoring programme Steps Ahead Mentoring which helps young people get on the career ladder. Sandra is passionate about delivering dynamic, high quality, flexible, professional HR consultancy. Sandra is also FSB Northampton branch committee secretary.
