SIAD

Established in 1996, SIAD began life as a small family-run construction company based in Leicestershire. Originally specialising in groundworks & site engineering, SIAD has developed quickly over the years and now offers all services covering all areas of construction & refurbishment.

SIAD has built close working relationships with many local businesses and has an experienced team, with the skills and knowledge to carry out high quality work in all aspects of refurbishments and new builds. We get involved right from the beginning of a project, providing digital site surveys, 3D Laser scanning/modelling, 2D/3D building designs and planning applications. We also organise planning conditions and pre-commencement works, such as geotechnical/structural surveys and associated archaeological works, if required.

A division of our company also specialises in the removal, cleaning and encapsulation of asbestos cement bonded roofing and cladding materials. Our asbestos division is one of only a few remaining companies in the UK that carries out the cleaning and encapsulation of asbestos fibre cement materials as to the HSE A12 Guidelines.
