SCS Training and Therapy Ltd is a small independent service specialising in delivering training courses, therapeutic interventions and support specifically related to attachment, trauma and dissociation.
We offer a variety of training courses, including CPD courses based on the most recent research in the areas of attachment, trauma and dissociation.
This training is available to social workers, teachers, adopters, foster carers, kinship carers, counsellors, therapists and other professionals.
We offer specialised therapeutic interventions for children and families affected by disrupted attachments and trauma. We work primarily with children in long term foster care and adoptive placements.
In addition we offer training and support to individuals and professionals involved in the care and support of these children and their families.
We have a specific package of interventions and training for schools who may feel that attachment and trauma are possible underlying issues to the presenting behaviours of individual pupils.
