Introduction
The machine mark HAR 2 is destined to obtaining cement voussoirs and other cement products, such as: kerbs, paving, flower pots.
The machine is semi-automatic, being composed of electric and mechanical subsystems ocntrolled by an operator.
The machine must be supplied with the material of which the voussoirs will be produced, material that is introduced in the die of the machine while an electro-mechanical vibrator helps to its settling and filling. The recipe for the materials is chosen by taking into account the destination of the final product and it has in its composition: cement, sand, gravel, colouring matter, materials resulted from demolition,water, etc.
The machine has the great advantage that it can work with a large variety of dies, with different shapes and heights, in comparison with the majority of the existent machines at which the height of the die cannot be changed.
