Introduction
Russell's Bakery is a locally owned Austin bakery, coffee bar, and cafe. We offer a full line of drinks including espresso drinks, tea, chai, italian sodas and more. Our pastries are baked fresh daily
from scratch. Our menu includes an assortment of sandwiches, soups and salads, made to order,
to go, or to dine in.
Our cakes come from time-tested recipes, from scratch, no box mixes. We have a selection available whole or by the slice. We also take cake orders for your special event incuding wedding cakes.
We offer a relaxing environment where you can escape while enjoying a cup of coffee or meeting
friends for lunch. The atmosphere is enhanced by a rotating show of local artists,
whose original art is available to enjoy and/or purchase.
A year ago we opened a second location, RUSSELL'S BISTRO, in Jefferson Square.
Join us on the beautiful outdoor patio. The BISTRO is fully a copy of our
Hancock lunch menu but with full table service,
as well as a Brunch menu Saturday and Sunday,
and a full service dinner menu beginning at 6 pm Monday through Saturday.
