Our Philosophy
Rural Design established in 1984 as a result of the need for a changing attitude towards land and the way it is used. We observed the required need to rehabilitate human degraded landforms, drainage patterns and ecosystems to assist enhancement and sustainability of the natural environment that supports us. The original founders of Rural Design (Bill Worsfold & Dennis Scott) realised that we needed to be looking at sustainable long-term landuse practises by analyzing the lands capability and identifying patterns of appropriate landuse using visual mapping techniques.
