Our team is a family, we work together for the common goal of exceeding our client expectations. The stylists are empathic and will create desired outcomes whilst being understanding of your concerns. Through continual education the team have the highest skills and abilities. Highly trained in consultations they will connect with you, listen to your requests and educate you on how to recreate your look at home. All of this is achieved within our sustainable environment to ensure our environmental footprint is minimised.

Safe – free of any judgements. We understand you don’t know the right ‘hairdresser’ words. We understand you may not have washed your hair today, or had your haircut for 6 months or you need us to fix a colour you did at home. We don’t mind if you haven’t been for a while or if you cheated on us, we are just grateful you have chosen to come see us today.

Relaxed – please don’t feel like you have to dress up, put makeup on or try to impress us. You don’t need to be COOL to be a Rubi Hair client – just want beautiful hair. A lot of us come from regional towns and we aim to create an environment with a small town feel. When you’re sitting in our chair we want you to feel at home. This is your time – if you want a chat, great! If you want to get some work done, great! Read trashy mags, great! Go to sleep, great! It’s all about you – and your hair 🙂
