In 1988, James Beard Award-winner Roy Yamaguchi opened the first Roy's in Honolulu, Hawaii. Today there are 31 Roy's locations around the world'23 in the continental U.S., six in Hawaii, one in Japan and one in Guam. The restaurant was designed around a unique experience through spacious dining rooms, an expansive lounge and Roy's signature exhibition kitchen in full view.
Inspired by a love for the fusion style Roy's is known for, Chef Blaine Villasin has designed tonight's menu with an exciting array of culinary dishes from the finest ingredients available. His extraordinary talent and passion have earned him the Chef Partner position at Roy's Los Angeles.
Roy's Los Angeles is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles just steps from the Staples Center and Theater District.
