As a sports massage therapist, I had an opportunity to witness the world of prevention and rehabilitation. Roots Essential started when I customized a Bath Soak for few local athletes that are going through a difficult rehab. While Bath Soaks are known to help relax muscles and loosen stiff joints, it is also great for physical and rehabilitation therapy. At first, this is given as gifting hoping it will make a difference for them. And it did! They raved for more, and the rest is history, Recovery Bath Soak was born!
