Introduction
Ronald L Proctor, DDS was raised in Harrisburg, PA, where he was in the scientific enriched program in high school. He was very active in music, playing trombone, piano, and was an organist for a few churches. The family moved to Oklahoma in 1966 and his education continued. He received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma in 1970 and D.D.S. from Baylor College of Dentistry Dallas, TX in January 1974. Ronald L Proctor, DDS served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War until the end of his dental internship in 1976. He spent six months aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger in the Western Pacific and South China Sea. When he moved back to Dallas, he worked for the Dallas City Dental Health Program and the Carrollton TX Cosmetic Dentist emergency service.
