I have been representing clients in the Tribunal since 2012 and in the Employment Appeal Tribunal since 2015. I have represented clients in multi-day discrimination trials with multiple claims and also successfully defended applications to strike out and successfully obtained permission to appeal for clients whose attempts to appeal had failed and then won the appeal for them at the final appeal hearing.
