Introduction
Ringfit Boxing & Fitness has been primarily a boxing gym and muay thai gym, however over the last 12 months one of the key services offered is the fighting fitness boot camps. Fitness boot camps allow people of all fitness levels engage in good ranges of strength training, fitness building and conditioning. Our fitness boot camps are very popular with the boot camps actually becoming sold out within 1 week of going public. As such we decided it was time to start to open up more boot camp classes which take place in the early mornings and are a great way to wake up and get the beach body. The boot camps we run always have great feedback and are said to be very enjoyable, challenging yet rewarding.
