Introduction
RichHouse is specialized in the production of energy efficient prefabricated (manufactured) houses.
We build our houses from constructive insulated panels, which are a board of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with fixed with adhesive OSB boards on both sides. OSB stands for oriented strand board and is a wooden sterling board with length arranged wood particles (100% softwood) in the surface layers and transversely arranged in the middle layer. For the production of the panels, we use OSB 3 (moisture resistant) which are with 12mm thickness, width 1250 mm and length 2500 mm.
A team of skilled professionals is taking care since 2008 when production began, that all is according our high company standards. Production capacity is 30 sq.m. constructive insulation panels per hour. Working at full force, we can manufacture up to two prefabricated houses per day.
Thanks to the technology and materials we use our houses are energy-efficient, diverse, safe, accessible.
We do offer family, guest, business houses, bungalows, revival and Victorian houses, DYI houses, green houses, alpine houses, futuristic houses... No matter what, we have it. Or will tailor it for you. Energy efficient.
What is a house without a garage, fence, barbeque? Need a drip irrigation system? We have it! Along with wooden playground for your children, house for the dog, sauna, garden pots and umbrellas, alcoves and gazebos and many more.
