The flavors and ingredients of Rice cake vary from region to region. However (Rice cake ) of Hoang Linh Company in Phung Cong Commune, Hung Yen Province which is a type clean rice cake, have special flavor, soft flexible not pasty, ragged as other rolls cake which you often see, both the brittle and strong-tasting, delicious, fragrant but not fatty, have fatty taste of the materials, warm odor of the leaves, can not be confused with any other type of cake.
