Restorative Housing Solutions, LLC is a small family-owned company in Berks County that buys houses in any condition. At RHS, we focus on acquiring rentals, flips, and wholesale deals in the area. The company has been helping other landlords, people going through foreclosures, tenants, and investors since 2018.
Restorative Housing Solutions, LLC was established by Luis and Elizabeth and started from the thought of wanting to make an impact in the community, providing affordable housing for people, and being better stewards of what God has given them. Luis has lived in the Reading area since 2006. He and his family moved to the U.S. in hopes of a better future. He knows first-hand what it means to come from a low-income home and live in the projects while getting back on his feet. Now, with his background as a public-school educator, he understands the stress that financial situations can cause families. Elizabeth, on the other hand, is from South Central PA and moved to Berks County when they got married. She has a background in working with kids and adults who have special needs and in small businesses. Luis and Elizabeth share a passion for empowering people, growing a real estate portfolio, and financial freedom. They are both actively involved in local real estate investing groups and in their community.
Their goal is to help people have debt relief and freedom to create the life they want without having to deal with an unwanted house.
