Replace Garage Door Panel

I had a problem with my garage door. It was really hard to open.I called the Garage Door Doctor and talked with Vincent and he explained me what the problem could be. He came out on time and replaced the big springs.

I read many reviews (and actually canceled an app't with another company after reading) and placed several phone calls inquiring about my 'vintage' 1950's wooden garage doors with springs. One company that had good reviews, told me that he could not guarantee that he would be able to find parts. I called Brookes Bros. and he was not only very knowledgable of the style, but also reassuring that he could repair them. On the day of service, he arrived early - much better than waiting around all day for a repair. After working with our problem, he did indeed repair the door. This was in June; I waited a month to write the review to make sure the job held up and it has just as I expected it would.

They showed up within the designated two-hour window. The technician knew exactly what the problem was after I had explained that I had replaced a spring that had previously broken. He also adjusted my other garage door for an additional $30. I don't know why I didn't call sooner! I will definitely call them again.

I have used this company for years. I have several rent homes and I always call these guys for every problem. Of all the service companies I use on a regular basis, this is by far my favorite. He always gives me a 2 to 3 hour time slot and someone always shows up in that time. I love that they are always honest. They show me what is wrong and the show me the best way to fix it. I recommend this company to everyone I know.
