Relate Lincolnshire

Relate offers relationship counselling services for individuals, families, children (over 5 years of age) and young people together with Sex Therapy for individuals or couples with sexual problems. We work with all aspects of relationships whether in the family, the workplace or school or in the community.

We offer face to face, telephone and on-line counselling.

We have 11 centres throughout Lincolnshire including Grimsby and Scunthorpe in the North of the area.

Training courses include parenting courses, stress management, anger management, counselling skills for non-counsellors, further counselling skills and understanding relationships. Bespoke courses and one day workshops can be arranged. Please see our website for the full course prospectus.

We offer a sex addiction recovery programme as the sole provider in Lincolnshire. This is a 16 week psycho-educational course to help people with sexually addictive and compulsive behaviours such as an addiction to cybersex, internet pornography, multiple affairs, stranger sex or fetishes.

Our counsellors are all highly trained adult counsellors who are given extensive further training if they work with families, young people or children or deliver sex therapy.

Trainers are all PTTLS qualified and experienced in delivering a wide range of courses.
