Contact Reform-U Pilates, After spending years managing a studio for someone else and working for different gyms where my passion got lost in sales or how many memberships I could sell or numbers I could get through the door, I decided to take a leap of faith and start Reform-U to get back to why I got into Reformer Pilates, to begin with. Multiple surgeries and other health problems left me thinking I would have to give up on exercise altogether.. but then I discovered Reformer Pilates and it changed my life, my body, and my health. My passion is real, I live breathe and feel Pilates and I want to share that passion. I love helping and inspiring people to feel good about health and exercise, to listen to their bodies, and to become better, stronger versions of themselves.
