Introduction
The location of the Red Lion is hard to beat, midway between the House of Commons & Downing Street; it's the closest pub to No. 10!! The first Red Lion was built on this site in 1434, and has been associated with parliament and parliamentary intrigue! The pub boasts a division bell and the TV in the main bar is tuned into the parliament channel.
The cellar bar plays host to Electric Mouse Big Ben comedy club every Monday evening and the monthly pub quiz,last Wednesday of the month.
The quiz on Feb 23rd is being used as part of the run up to Womans History month
