Alex has been around real estate from day 1. Growing up in a home with a contractor as a father, Alex has seen and been around the home improvement industry for many years. He worked with his father roofing for 8 years and helping out others in the business as well. After graduation from Ohio State with a Civil Engineering degree, Alex worked as an Engineer consulting on multi-million dollar transportation projects. When it comes to real estate, Alex’s detailed engineering approach leaves no stone unturned for estimating repairs and project management
Ashley Hutton
Manager
Ashley grew up with her father building homes with the Amish. She’s seen some amazing handcrafted work in her lifetime and would be woodworker in a previous lifetime. Ashley worked as a Dental Hygienist, keeping a very tight schedule of patients, properly assessing and diagnosing that was necessary and what could be addressed later. The fast-paced work environment translated perfectly into the real estate market where quick, decisive decision making is needed to pull the trigger on a purchase or to keep a project moving after a setback.
