Real World Defence Systems is a Self-Protection/ Security Training company based in West Cork, Ireland providing world class seminars,classes and private training groups focusing on self-defence, combative mixed martial arts and urban survival tactics for all ages.
We aim to provide our clients with verifiable, field tested self-protection concepts that won't take a lifetime to master. Real World Defence Systems instructors have extensive backgrounds in teaching security, military, self-protection and combative martial arts.
Our aim will be to demystify and expand your awareness of the tools of violence as used by anyone in a brutal attack. You will explore the psychological, emotional, and physical aspects of violence and learn how to turn them to your advantage. Our emphasis will be placed more on what you want to happen to the other guy over what might happen to you.
