Available classes: salesperson; broker; continuing education; marketing; general information. Prices range from $55 for continuing education classes to $700 for the series of classes required for broker/associate broker licensing.
Mandatory requirements for prelicensing for salesperson includes 40 hours of education. Day Classes are available running 5 days from 8:30 AM t0 4:00 PM plus a review and mandatory final exam. Indiidual assistance is available, as well.
An evening program is also available running 2 or 3 evenings per week from 6 - 10 PM plus a review and mandatory final exam.
Broker classes meeting requirements of 90 hours of education are offered 2 or 3 times per year.
Continuing education classes are available year round to meed the requirements for renewing licensing.
