Dr. Amy Tanchyk
DMD MD
Amy Tanchyk is is a New jersey native who grew up in East Brunswick. She completed her undergraduate education at Rutgers University and is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where she earned both her DMD, and MD. Dr. Tanchyk also completed her six year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UMDNJ, University Hospital in Newark New Jersey.
Dr. Tanchyk has received several awards including Student Leadership and Distinguished Service Award, American Dental Society of Anesthesiologists Student Award and the New York Academy of Dentistry Ethics Award.
She has also participated in multiple cleft lip and palate mission trips to several undeserved countries such as Bangladesh, Honduras, and Ecuador. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
